How long does it take to receive my order?

What happens if nobody's home?
Don't worry, our items will be delivered to your letterbox if they are small enough. If not, your parcel will be dropped off at your local post office for collection.
I've entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Don't worry, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or paypal. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as we receive it. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Proof of shipment must be sent to us by e-mail as proof of delivery.
